招标条件
1.1 本招标项目宁南县民族中学校教学楼建设项目已由宁南县发展和改革局以宁发改【2015】24号文批准建设，项目业主为宁南县民族初级中学校，建设资金来自中央预算内专项项目建设资金补助300万元，县级资金500万元，项目出资比例为 100% ，招标人为宁南县民族初级中学校。
项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。
1.2 本招标项目为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目，宁南县发展和改革委员会核准（招标事项核准文号为宁发改（2015）24号）的招标组织形式为委托招标。
招标人选择（本招标项目在省发展改革委指定比选网站上的项目编号为HG20150316009）的招标代理机构是达华工程管理（集团）有限公司。
2、项目概况与招标范围
2.1 建设地点：
宁南县披砂镇团结苍84号；
2.2 建设规模：
总建筑面积为4200平方米，修建28间教室、配套用房3682平方米及地下车库518平方米。
2.3 招标范围：
施工图及工程量清单所示范围。

投标人资格要求
3.1 本次招标要求投标人须具备独立企业法人资格，并具有国家建设行政主管部门颁发的房屋建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，近 3 年已完成不少于_1_个类似项目业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。
3.2 本次招标不接受联合体投标。
3.3 各投标人均可就上述标段投标，但可以中标的合同数量不超过 1 （具体数量）个标段。

4.1凡有意参加投标者，请于 2015 年 5 月 7 日 00 时 00 分（北京时间，下同）至 2015 年 5 月 11 日 23 时 59 分（不少于五日）在《四川建设网》通过《四川省国家投资工程建设项目电子招投标系统》凭单位CFCA数字证书报名并下载招标资料（招标文件、工程量清单、施工图纸等）（联系电话：

4.2 本次招标不提供其他任何报名和招标文件获取的方式。
投标文件的递交
5.1投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2015年 6 月8 日9 时 00分，地点为凉山州公共资源交易服务中心。
（西昌市航天大道3段7号）。
5.2逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点的投标文件，招标人不予受理。
